Let me introduce myself

A bit about me

During recent years, I have had the chance to hone my design capabilities in different ways. While working towards a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, I gained hands-on experience as a freelance designer. Among my clients are local Aurora businesses and the Dieterich Elementary School in Aurora, Illinois. I created designs for their multiple fundraisers and promotions ranging from ads to business cards.

Skills learned

In these projects, I have worked with Mac OSX, as well as Windows. In addition, I have in-depth knowledge of top design software, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I have learned that good communication and listening skills are essential for a Graphic Designer, as the customer's needs and concerns come first. I am team player to the core, but am also at ease when working alone. I hope you will find enough evidence of my capabilities as a Graphic Designer in this portfolio.
